Restructures the docs navigation to align with the new OpsPilot UI, including reordering the Features section to match the product nav, flattening the Alerts section, and adding/updating Admin & Data pages (Usage & Details, Invoices, API Keys, Organization Settings, Organization Users, User Profile, User Security). Also adds a new Database page, replaces all em dashes across 37 files, and improves the Knowledge page.
